- Redesigned the company's Customer Portal, defining its UX vision and leading to a 65% increase in CSAT

- Led end-to-end industrial design & DfM of the company's new flagship product, Gaia 200/300
- Designed supporting materials for the launch such as packaging, manuals, guides and drawings
- Conceptualized a modernization for the Maturix software, tackling known UX & UI issues

OSF Digital LaTam
- Worked on a fast-paced environment of a Digital Agency, designing for major clients across LatAm
- Designed the winning proposal that led to two €35K projects with one of the largest hospitals in LaTam
- Designed the full UX of a digital bank mobile app, currently with more than 100,000 downloads
